We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us excellent dinner recommendations and assisting us in getting orientated with the city. They spoke very good English, making communication easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with the room and bathrooms being super clean. We also appreciated the convenience of having a gelato shop on the same block. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the metro, the second stop for all hop on hop off buses, and the city's main tourist attractions.
